FAQ

Please remember JoLee's Bows and Beyond is a mama owned shop, which opened in November 2020. Everything is handmade by me. 

• TAT (turn around time) - Our current TAT is 2-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once order has shipped it may take 5-7 days to arrive. Tracking will be sent to the provided email address.
• US Shipping Rates -  $6 per handmade order. 
• Returns/Refunds - All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is the mistake of JoLee's Bows and Beyond. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed or modified. You will have 48 hours from delivery to notify us of any mistakes or imperfections via email to joleesbowsandbeyond@gmail.com. 
• Disclaimer - Do not leave babies or young children unattended while wearing any of our products. Some products contain small parts such as nylon and alligator clips, which are choking hazards. All items should be worn with adult supervision.
